Maintenance Engineers

Due to continued growth and expansion we are seeking two new Maintenance Engineers to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continual improvement of machinery and processes. From preventative maintenance to performance improvement projects, your expertise will keep things moving forward.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance Excellence: Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance, establish preventative programs, and respond promptly to breakdowns.Diagnostics & Repairs: Diagnose faults and repair machinery to minimise downtime.Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek ways to enhance machine operations, set-ups, cleanings, and changeovers.Project Support: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and develop prototypes for new machinery/processes.Collaboration & Training: Guide technical staff, coordinate with external contractors, operate and provide training to team members on machineryStock & Budget Management: Manage spare parts inventory, maintain records, and provide input into annual maintenance budgets and machinery purchases.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company standards.
