PROCON, New Hampshire’s leading design-build commercial construction firm, is expanding, and we want you to grow with us as our newest Project Accountant!Responsibilities:Manage project budgets by processing and accounting for all billing invoices for assigned projects.Maintain records of the General Contractor’s payment applications and invoices.Handle contract administrative tasks such as project folder setup, maintaining filing systems, data entry of purchase orders & change orders, and document scanning and faxing.Assist in project close-out procedures.Ensure compliance with annual master agreements, licenses, and insurance verifications.
