Solution Architect/Lead Software Engineer (AI & Data Applications)

The MissionWe are looking for a Solution Architect to drive the development of next-generation AI-powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production-ready applications that integrate LLMs, real-time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.What You Will DoArchitect cloud-native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data).Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native best practices.
