This position requires a service technician that is customer focused with Heating / Air conditioning and Hot Water and is adaptable to the changing needs of our expanding business.  Job Duties & Responsibilities:Provide phone and email based trouble shooting and applications assistance to contractors, dealers, engineers, architects and homeowners on hydronic heating, forced hot air, domestic hot water, air-conditioning, heat pumps.Work with different departments to support new product introduction, provide guidance on currently supported products or assist in continuous improvement projectsRepresent the business with root cause analysis in complaint resolution or technical investigation when requiredEstablish and maintain electronic support records of calls and emailsReview technical materials to verify correctness. Develop departmental technical documents and assist with technical videosProvide trouble shooting and applications support internally to related departments and outside sales representativesProvide peer level support developing others in area(s) of technical expertise.Assist the business in continual product and process improvements and reducing warranty and goodwill costsOn-site field troubleshooting as neededPerform other duties as required
