Mine Operator - Open Pit Driller

The Open Pit Mine Operations crew at Macraes are currently looking for a Mine Operator - Driller, to join their team. Previous drilling experience would be beneficial, however this role is open to anyone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.The position available is working on a 50/50 roster pattern: 7 days on, 7 days off; 7 nights on 7 days off.Key tasks and responsibilities:Operate either a variety of top-hole hammer blasthole drill rigs or Sandvik D45KS rotary drillsEnsure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all timesAchieve agreed production and personal objectivesCarry out pre-start and post operational checks as required
