job detailsjob summary:Our client just outside of Nashua, NH is looking to add a Product Engineer to their growing team! Candidates will be involved in the full lifecycle of products and should come with at least 2 years of this experience. We are looking for folks who may come from a casting, plastics, or metal background. This is a cross functional role by nature, staying very close to the process with multiple team interactions. Candidates who have 3D modeling, simulation, quality, and GD&T experience will fit right in!Our client has excellent benefits and is looking for a team player. Collaborate with customers to define manufacturable, cost-effective product components and obtain necessary approvals for production.

Address and resolve manufacturing, inspection, and testing issues to maintain smooth production flow.

Define equipment specifications, and optimize manufacturing processes.

Coordinate with design teams to ensure compatibility between product designs and manufacturing processes.

Review engineering changes and specifications, liaising with production planning and engineering teams.

Recommend design improvements to enhance product quality or manufacturing procedures.

Create engineering schematics and parts lists to support manufacturing planning.

Analyze production methods, work simplification, and time standards to recommend improvements in processes and systems.

Lead targeted process and product improvement projects.

Deliver commitments on time and ensure efficient execution of tasks.

Assist in training and developing less experienced technical staff.

Adhere to safety, quality, and company conduct standards while performing other assigned duties.
