An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time positionThe FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.Come join us at ALDI, a place where your financial acumen can make a real difference to real people.What does the role look like?Promote and drive the implementation of standardised business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency across finance teams.Assist in implementing and maintaining financial models and tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline data analysis, and improve reporting efficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate reporting.Conduct period-end and month-end close activity.Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business.Provide support in process improvement projects.
