Test Manager

A Test Manager oversees the entire hardware and software testing lifecycle, ensuring products meet quality and are ready to ship and deploy. They define testing strategies, manage Quality Assurance teams, allocate resources, and report risks and progress to stakeholders. Responsibilities of a Test Manager include, but are not limited to Authoring comprehensive test strategies, schedules, frameworks, and methodologies that align with program and organizational testing goals. Identifying, tracking, managing, and mitigating risks to test and release schedules, and communicating those clearly and frequently to stakeholders Designing and executing qualification and acceptance testing for multiple concurrent systems and product releases. Creating and managing test artifacts and reports as needed for system verification and certification Creating and managing automated test and testing infrastructure, assets, and tooling across multiple testing environments Coordinating, cataloging, and scheduling testing assets, sites, and locations, and the test tooling and infrastructure at each. Leading, scheduling, and tasking a team of system test and evaluation engineers
