Assistant Product Manager M.F

The Assistant Product Manager position is based in Cairo, the role is full-time, reporting to The Regional Head of Product.Scope of work covers the following:Support in Managing our online products platforms (web and mobile) and assist in the design: functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of needs.Enhancing the already existing products in Egypt and GCC area.Manage the Digital Content available on all different platforms.Ingest the new Acquired content on the products.Conduct User Acceptance Testing: for new products before launch, and already existing products.Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.Conduct Market research and competitive analysis.Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility, and benchmark of competitors.Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
