Cloud Integration & Python Developer – Financial Services

Visa: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)We are seeking a Cloud Integration and Python Developer to join our IT Derivatives team in New York City. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) combines cloud integration and operational support with Python development for Front Office applications. You will work closely with quantitative analysts, trading desks, and infrastructure teams to industrialize a Python-based pricing solution in Databricks (Azure), orchestrate workflows, and ensure reliability and performance in production.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Integration & OpsConfigure and manage Databricks clusters (auto-scaling, monitoring), authentication, and security in Azure.Orchestrate jobs via Tidal scheduler and implement CI/CD pipelines.Set up logging, alerting, and packaging for production readiness.Python DevelopmentDesign and implement Python solutions for Front Office applications.Integrate existing Python pricing program into Databricks environment.Maintain and improve code quality through static/dynamic analysis and CI/CD gating.Support & TroubleshootingProvide application support (approx. 30%) for production issues, including job failures, data errors, and human mistakes.Occasional weekend support for critical job runs.CollaborationPartner with quants, infra, DBA, and cloud teams to deliver robust solutions.Communicate effectively and proactively resolve issues.Interview Plan:Round 1: HR interviewRound 2: Python and Databricks technical deep dive.Round 3: Ops and orchestration (Tidal, CI/CD, troubleshooting) + Collaboration and finance knowledge (quants and manager).#LI-MNRK
