Maintenance Associates, Dumbo

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Maintenance Associate, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Manager On Duty to join the Equinox team. This is a non-exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnsure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer serviceEnsure that the sidewalk entrance and lobby are presentableClean the locker room and stock all locker room consumablesClean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat roomsMaintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floorProvide maintenance for all equipmentUse equipment appropriately and efficientlyReceive and store all deliveriesAssist with special eventsNotify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms or equipment need immediate attentionProvide each member and potential member with the best quality customer serviceOther duties as assigned
