Team Members will be at the heart of our guest experience—crafting delicious espresso drinks, preparing food items, and providing warm, Italian-style hospitality. You'll rotate across front- and back-of-house stations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge Baristas: Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.Customer Service Associates: Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.Prep Cooks: Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
