Senior Web Developer

This role is based in our Portland, OR or New York, NY office.Informa’s Aviation group, Aviation Week Network, is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer with extensive experience and proficiency in React and Node.js. Role Accountability and Duties:Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using JavaScript and modern frameworks, specifically React and Node.jsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutionsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practicesOptimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiencesImplement and maintain API integrations with third-party services and internal systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the end usersParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standardsStay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into your work as appropriate.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Perform additional tasks as required.
