Support Analyst - Fidessa trading system

We are seeking a Fidessa Support Analyst with solid experience in listed options trading environments. This role involves daily interaction with traders and sales on the options desk, ensuring the reliability of front office systems and rapid issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.Role and responsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 production support for the Fidessa platform used in listed options trading.Monitor trade flows, order routing, drop copies, and exchange connectivity.Work closely with traders and sales to troubleshoot real-time issues.Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams during incidents, releases, and upgrades.Maintain documentation (runbooks, procedures, FAQs).Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents and planned outages.Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., CAT reporting).#LI-MNRK
