Revolution Cantina is seeking KM for fast paced kitchen. Must have experience in a from scratch kitchen. Qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently yet still be able to follow company policy and recipes to a T. Were looking for a fierce leader able to delegate and earn the teams respect by leading by example. Must be comfortable with not being liked and sometimes playing what may be considered the bad guy. Must be open to learning about new foods and systems as well as work in a demanding high-volume kitchen. Wage will be based on references and experience. A bonus structure will be considered after 6 months of employment. Line cook positions open for PT and FT employment. Experience preffered but will train the right candidates.
