National RE Mgmt. Company seeks accomplished and experienced Technician for small apartment complexes in the Bedford & Milford, NH area. Successful and organized candidates must have at least 5 years experience in all trades and appliance repair. Technician is responsible for completing work orders, cleanliness of grounds, and turning over apartments in a timely manner. Position requires living within 1/2 hour of complex for after hour emergency calls. Good starting pay, 401K, health, dental, 3 weeks vacation, 11 paid holidays, free uniforms, early release on Fridays (during summer), and growth potential. EOE
