We are a growing property management company seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance/Renovation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, and experienced in residential property repairs and renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, painting, and carpentry repairs
Complete renovation projects in rental units to prepare them for occupancy
Troubleshoot and respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
Maintain company standards for quality, safety, and customer service
Document work performed through reports, photos, and maintenance logs
Assist with seasonal work including snow removal, and exterior repairs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential maintenance, renovations, or construction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift and carry materials and use power tools safely
Positive attitude and strong communication skills with tenants and staff
