Job description:
Contribute to team success by assisting other workers with daily tasks and adhering to safety standards.
Ensure buildings are safe to inhabit by monitoring the integrity of each building site.
Cleaning up worksite at the end of each day.
Effectively communicate with owner and site supervisor to ensure tasks are performed in a timely manner.
Report any irregularities and/or problems to site supervisor and owner.
Requirements:
Have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate with owner, site supervisor and subcontractors.
Motivated team player.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Level-headed, logical thinker.
