McLane Middleton has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Junior Corporate Paralegal who is a recent graduate of an ABA approved paralegal program. Knowledge of entity formations and corporate governance along with keen attention to detail are required. The right candidate should possess an energetic self-starter attitude and will be responsible for travelling to the New Hampshire Secretary of State on a routine basis. Additional responsibilities include managing of corporate docket items, such as filing of Annual Reports, preparing consents in lieu of annual meetings, and trade name renewals. Familiarity with various Secretary of States, Internal Revenue Service, and Uniform Commercial Code filings are a plus. This position reports to the Senior Corporate Paralegal and is located in our Manchester, NH office. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
