About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones
Schedule meetings, appointments
Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications-
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
