Role Description
This is a full-time or part time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Hampton Falls, NH. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and matching them with appropriate vehicles. Daily tasks include maintaining knowledge about the vehicle inventory, facilitating test drives, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. The role emphasizes meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Knowledge of the automotive industry and interest in vehicles
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with sales software and tools, as well as basic computer skills
High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
