Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial painting of structural steel or, truck, trailer, and equipment painting with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface preparation and painting on various industrial equipment and structural steel Apply industrial coatings according to specifications and quality standards
Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools Mix and match paints and coatings to meet project requirements
Follow all safety protocols and proper PPE procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications:
Previous industrial painting experience Reliable transportation
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating applications Strong attention to detail & good communication skills
Understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with industrial equipment painting Experience with various coating systems
Familiarity with SSPC standards Knowledge of proper ventilation and environmental controls

Schedule: Full-time position - Monday through Friday – 7:00am to 3:30PM
