P&L Landscaping is actively seeking landscaping foremen to join our team this year. We are an established landscaping company with Materials Center entering our 31st year of serving our local communities.
The foremen are responsible for performing all types of residential and commercial landscaping including, but not limited to:
Hardscapes (Patios, walkways, retaining walls, custom requests, etc)
Lawn installations
Seeding
Irrigation Installations (new systems and existing system expansions)
Spring/Fall cleanups
Seasonal color enhancements
Bark blowing / mulching
Planting
Pruning
Mowing
Position requirements of the Landscape Foremen:
Previous experience strongly preferred, but will train the right person
Ability to communicate effectively with your manager, your project customer, office/yard staff and coworkers.
You are leading a crew through various projects. Your commitment to quality work, efficiency, training, communication and timeliness are all crucially important in the success of your project, your crew and our company as a whole. Lead by example!
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs
Valid driver's license required
This is a YEAR ROUND position. We are one of the very few companies in our industry that do not lay off any of our full time employees through the winter months. We are a year round full service company. We offer snow related services to commercial properties and associations.
