Full-Time Master Electrician/Facility Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled, full-time Master Electrician/Facility Manager to join our team and take on a unique role that combines electrical work and building management for our facility in Salem, NH.
It's a 120,000 SF first-class office building, completed in 1997, containing both office and laboratory space.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, licensed Master Electrician who can work independently, manage building systems and contractors, and maintain safe, efficient operations. This role offers long-term stability, competitive pay, and a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
Performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
Troubleshooting and upgrading electrical systems
Overseeing day-to-day building operations and maintenance
Coordinating with vendors and contractors
Ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance
Responding promptly to building and electrical issues
Compensation & benefits:
$50+ per hour

Requirements:
Active NH Master Electrician license
Experience with building systems and general maintenance
