Requirements:
Must have many years of experience working on a crew, no less than 5 years
Must work well with others and have good communication skills
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to run all equipment used in the application of paving from preparation to the finished product
Must have absolute knowledge of all aspects of this type of industry
Safety comes first? Must be safety Conscious
