We’re looking for a Principal Engineer – Civil Brownfield to join our Sydney team.This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across disciplines to deliver innovative brownfield solutions. As a technical expert and mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our capability – leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers.Your day-to-day will see you:The technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects.Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert.Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence.Building strong client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.This role offers the opportunity to combine technical excellence, client engagement and mentoring, while growing a key capability for Egis.
