Sales Support 2IC - The Warehouse, Palmerston North

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC. In this role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’ (Checkout, Customer Service, Loss Prevention and Administration). You will also support the business by stepping into the Sales Support Manager role to cover leave and act as Duty Manager of the store on occasion.Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring that internal audit requirements are met, and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail.
