You will ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organised, provide food and beverage outlets with sanitised equipment, and follow proper food-handling techniques in line with current health and hygiene regulations.  Your support helps our chefs deliver outstanding dishes every time!Key responsibilities include:Ensure that kitchens and equipment are kept clean and tidy according to current Health and Hygiene regulations. Ensure all operating equipment, crockery, cutlery & glassware is hygienically cleaned and safely stored.Ensure the correct handling of chemicals and equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions.  Ensure waste is removed from kitchens on a regular basis and that it is recycled appropriately.Assist in the preparation of food as directed by the Executive Chef or supervisory team.Actively support and participate in safe work practices following health and safety, and environment policies and procedures in the workplace.
