Professional Teaching Fellow

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityWe are seeking a Professional Teaching Fellow to join the Department of General Practice and Primary Health Care at University of Auckland. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of general practice in Aotearoa.In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of the General Practice, Community Health & Rural Medicine (GPCHaRM) curriculum within the undergraduate medical programme. You’ll be based in Rotorua/Lakes region (or possibly in Taranaki), where you’ll support student cohorts and coordinate high-quality clinical placements in partnership with local GP and urgent care clinics.You’ll be part of a passionate academic team committed to equity, cultural safety, and excellence in medical education.
