Job Description

  • Hr Rate + Super + Km Reimburse (82cents per KM)+ Paid Travel Time + NFP Salary Packaging + First Aid & Certificates in Aged Care provided at no cost to you
  • Rates from $24.83 - $34.81 per hour (Based on Quals & Exp)
  • Ongoing Permanent Part-time positions available

    3 or 5 day pw options available
  • Training, work smart Phone,uniform & PPE provided
  • Minimal travel time between clients & visit the same clients regularly

We're very busy andwe’re looking for Community Support Workers to join ourteam.You will be travelling in the South West Sydney area - (Smithfield,Padstow,Liverpool area).

Availability -Monday to Friday for shifts between8am - 5pm for 5 day positions.

Make a difference through providing high quality personalised care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes, supporting our clients in living life to its fullest whilstbuilding a career that is both rewarding & diverse.

As part of a dedicated team you will provide services that include;

  • Large amount ofDomestic Assistance such as basic housekeeping
  • Personal care such as showering, grooming and toileting
  • Meal preparation
  • Respite
  • Transport to appointments and shopping etc
  • Housekeeping ONLY positions also available - Training Provided

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent -

    advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience as a Home Care Worker will be highly regarded
  • An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle isessential
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Evidence of Covid Vaccination is essential
