To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager We’d love to hear from people who have:A minimum of two years’ progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer‑facing roleStrong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skillsThe ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced environmentPrevious experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sectorExperience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performanceExposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reportsA proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environmentOur Purpose & Values We create moments of connection that make our stores a customer’s Third Place.
