Job Description
What are we looking for in you?- Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, inception, functional and technical design, development, testing, roll-out, and support.
- Interact with the client and onsite coordinators during different phases of a project.
- Very good communication skills, presentation skills.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
- Should be hands-on with maintaining project documentation, plans and reports.
