How you’ll make a differenceAECOM’s Sydney Highways team is delivering a diverse range of transport infrastructure projects across NSW and ANZ. With a strong and growing pipeline of road and highway projects, we’re looking to connect with experienced Project Managers and Design Managers who thrive in complex infrastructure environments and enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.Support the delivery of major highways and transport infrastructure projects from planning and tender phases through to delivery and project completionContribute to design management and project delivery across complex road, motorway and civil infrastructure projectsCoordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial outcomesBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders across major transport projectsAssist in managing project performance across programme, commercial, safety and quality outcomesWork closely with senior leaders and technical specialists across the Sydney Highways businessSupport client engagement, project pursuits and future growth opportunities across the teamMentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture
