As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and professional service across our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience from start to finish.What you'll be doing:Provide high‑quality food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectationsGreet, seat and assist guests with menus, enquiries and reservationsTake and process orders accurately using the POS systemDeliver meals and beverages promptly and professionallyMaintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions and upselling opportunitiesFollow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirementsAlways maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areasWork collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams
