Enterprise Architect

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityAs an Enterprise Architect, you’ll sit at the heart of Contact’s technology strategy. You will provide architectural leadership across business, data, application, integration, and technology domains - ensuring our solutions are cohesive, secure, scalable, and aligned to our enterprise direction.You will work closely with the Enterprise Architecture Chapter Lead to evolve our enterprise architecture capability, shape future strategies and roadmaps, and uplift architectural maturity across the organisation. You’ll guide Domain Leads, support initiative shaping, and ensure architectural integrity across a diverse portfolio of work.In this role, you will:Shape and contribute to Contact’s technology vision, strategy, and enterprise roadmapsPrioritise and size initiatives to guide future capability and investment decisionsEnsure domain architectures align with enterprise principles, standards, and strategic prioritiesChampion an enterprise‑wide architecture approach that supports business outcomesAct as an escalation point for complex or cross‑domain architectural decisionsIdentify opportunities to uplift capability, reduce complexity, and unlock valueDrive innovation across cloud, data, integration, and securitySupport Domain Leads to identify capability gaps and shape actionable roadmapsBuild strong, trusted relationships across technology and business teamsMentor and uplift architectural capability across domainsNavigate trade‑offs and maintain architectural integrity across the portfolio
