Theyare responsible forrepresentingACOSTA and our principals through store coverage and executingobjectivesas set forth by theirManagerto achieve superior in-store results in an assigned territory.Essential Functions:

Delivers retail sales merchandising foals across all principals in assigned territories. 2. Meets client expectations regarding retail sales coverage and productivity in assigned territory. 3. Assists supervisors on retail initiatives (new product introductions, contests, etc.) as assigned. 4. As established by management, enters and transmits data in a timely manner. 5. Executes retail territory coverage plan to ensure merchandising coverage goals are met. 6. Executes personal Performance Agreement. 7. Executes merchandising events in assigned territory. 10. Maintains full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts per plan-o-gram. 11. Rotates stock, clean and stock display and price merchandise as appropriate. 12. Performs such duties as checking date codes, ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-gram. 13. Reports observations to Unit Manager regarding outdated product, unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations and point of purchase requirements. 15. Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:​​High School Diploma/GEDWork Experience Requirements:

Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.

Strong demonstration of the following core competencies: Quality Commitment, Detail Oriented, Customer Service, and Communication Skills.

Must be comfortable utilizing technology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:1.Must be able to lift upto 30 pounds.2.Must have a valid driver’s license and be ableto drive a car for extended periods of time.3.Must be available for occasional weekend work(Demos and Food Shows). Must be able to work nights and holidays. (Night andholiday work will be pre-defined by position).4.Must be willing and able to work in extremelycold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores).5.Must be able to effectively communicate withothers. Must have good vision. Must be able able to operate calculator, faxmachine, telephone, copier, hand truck, hammer, screwdriver, and case cutter.6.Must be able to stand and /or walk for longperiods of time.Physical Requirements: Seeing Color Perception Lifting (30 – lbs.)
