The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service within our 24/7/365 call center. Responsibilities include answering and responding to calls from contractors and off-duty police personnel, managing account inquiries, and data entry of requests for service.
Shift to choose from:
Monday - Friday or Friday - Tuesday
2pm -11pm or 3pm - 12pm
Responsibilities:
Responds to phone calls/online bookings for service requests from vendors and contractors looking to hire off-duty police personnel.
Responds to police personnel and command staff to assist with any job-related questions, schedule adjustments, etc.
Inputs all service orders into database by collecting work order details.
Coordinates open service requests with outside municipalities.
Follows all departmental rules and procedures.
Collaborates with call center team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Maintains professional relationships with contractors & customers through continuous excellent customer service.
Take part in all educational training to improve knowledge and performance level.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent oral, listening and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills- experience with O365, scheduling systems, and typing.
