Labebe Prime – Steak & Seafood, a high-end Mediterranean steakhouse with a New American/Asian twist, is seeking professional Fine Dining Captains to join our team. We take pride in delivering top-tier hospitality, and we’re looking for individuals who can lead our dining room with confidence, charm, and expertise.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of fine dining experience in an upscale or Michelin-recommended establishment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide servers and enhance guest experiences.
Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and tableside service.
A warm, engaging personality that builds guest relationships and elevates service.
Ability to upsell and personalize dining experiences to maximize guest satisfaction.
Impeccable attention to detail, professionalism, and grace under pressure.
Experience with POS systems and floor management.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
