Looking for bilingual Spanish and English speaking Certified Medical Assistant for busy doctors office in Perth Amboy, NJ.
Candidates should be dynamic, enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking.
Candidates should have current CMA certification, strong grasp of medical terminology & coding, proficiency with EMR systems and excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. Experience in a high-volume setting is a plus!
Duties: Candidates will take vitals, prep rooms, assist with procedures, perform basic lab tests, manage medication reconciliation. Also will schedule appointments, handle phone calls, manage EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and process insurance forms.
Candidates will create a welcoming environment, build rapport, and ensure comfort for diverse patient populations.
