Responsibilities:
Facilitate the collection, processing, and handling of urine specimens in accordance with established protocols.
Verify patient identity accurately by following all policies and procedures.
Properly label and document specimens to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate compassion when interacting with patients, physicians, and clinic staff.
Communicate effectively with and respond appropriately to a diverse patient population.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy.
Notify the supervisor of daily activities, any unusual issues, or deviations from established procedures.
Training will be provided.
