We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-on, bi-lingual (English and Spanish Speaking) Night-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our commercial cleaning team.
Candidate must be willing to work with a evolving flexible schedule. Meaning, you will be required to work some weekends as well as have some weekends off. You will be required to adapt your schedule around the needs of the business at that time. This role will predominately start at 6:30pm, this position included evenings, mid-day and night shifts on the weekends. The right candidate will oversee cleaning operations, train new employees as well as retraining current employees. This candidate will be responsible for scheduling, auditing, support team development, assist with client management, and contribute to operational efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cleaning staff across multiple commercial client accounts to ensure services meet company standards.
Provide direct cleaning support at some accounts and other accounts when necessary to maintain service consistency.
Conduct routine site inspections and deliver constructive feedback to staff.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Monitor staff performance and assist in ongoing development and coaching.
Ensure accounts are fully stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and handle restocking deliveries as needed.
Address client feedback and collaborate with the team to resolve service issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company protocols across all job sites.
Utilize basic computer skills for administrative tasks, scheduling, including managing Connect team, monitoring and approving timesheets.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual is a must. (English and Spanish Speaking)
At least 2 years of supervisor experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is required.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a cleaning-related role is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong leadership abilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation for traveling between client sites.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Willingness to step into cleaning roles when absent or cannot be at assigned accounts which is necessary to support team performance.
Familiarity with training and staff performance evaluation.
