In need of a part time cleaning person. Responsibilities include mandatory monthly cleaning of a small office, and 4 laundry rooms. There will be empty apartments (prepping for new tenants) also in need of cleaning. There is no regular schedule for apartment cleaning, strictly based on availability (there can be anywhere from 1 to 6 units each month). Pay is $16 an hour, paid bi-weekly with check, Zelle or direct deposit (no cash). Must have experience cleaning, and have basic knowledge of cleaning products. Cleaning products and tools will be provided on site. Person inquiring must have reliable transportation to and from work, and must operate during business hours (9am-4pm, Monday-Friday).
