We are looking for a proactive and dependable Business Operations Coordinator, a hands-on player who keeps our office running smoothly, supports our team’s technical needs, and ensures day-to-day operations are efficient and well organized.

Job Summary

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our onsite environment operating at peak performance. This person will manage facilities and equipment, provide first-line tech support, coordinate installations, and work closely with leadership on operational projects. It is a perfect role for someone that loves solving problems, staying organized, and being the go-to person for “how to get things done.”

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Set up, configure, and install computers, monitors, and other office equipment.

Manage ordering and inventory of office and tech supplies.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, IT, and facility needs.

Oversee office operations, including workspace setup, repairs, and improvements.

Support company meetings, events and offsites (A/V setup. logistics, coordination).

Manage shipping, deliveries, and equipment tracking.

Assist with onboarding setups (workspace, computer, access credentials, etc.)

Maintain accurate records of assets, licenses, and service agreements.

Proactively identify ways to streamline and improve operational processes.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or tech support (preferably in a tech environment).

Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with computer hardware and office tech setup.

Familiarity with Windows systems, networking basics, and standard office applications.

Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable working onsite daily and supporting a fast-paced growing team.

Self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
