Executive Assistant Job Duties to include:
Participating in the execution of the marketing strategy
Developing and managing the marketing plan
Management of all social media channels
Business development and new customer acquision
Website management
Partnering with marketing vendors
Managing accounts payables
Managing accounts receivable
Assisting with all account functions
New employee onboarding
Staff point of contact
Assisting with HR policies and procedures
Taking daily orders, charging and communicating to clients.
Effectively managing CoGS against client orders
Dispatching and tracking delivery driver.
Event Planning and Coordination.
Managing the calendars of the owners. Schedule meetings and facilitate where required.
Maintaining and managing various reporting requirements such as, but not limited to; Employee sick and vacation time tracker, financial reports, marketing reports, etc.
Assistance where required, including in the main store and the kitchen
Deliveries as required.
Required knowledge and skills:
College Student Preferred. Individuals who are looking for part-time work but have a college degree.
Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office Suite included but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.
Proficiency with Canva is a plus
The ability to operate a Point-of-Sale system and other computer equipment.
Knowledge of customer service and sales principles is helpful.
Experience in a retail, sales or services environment is helpful.
Good communication skills.
Must have an owners mentality.
