Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Calling prospective leads and scheduling appointments for our team. (this is not cold calling!)
Customer Follow-up: Reaching out to customers after site visits to ensure satisfaction and answer questions.
Document Preparation: Creating and organizing contracts and documents for customer signatures.
General Support: Handling daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
