SERVICE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Fireplace and Service company located in Central New Jersey looking for an experience scheduling coordinator. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule service calls on multi-line digital phone system;
- create and maintain company database of clients and client needs
- Assess client issues and provide recommendation to fix problems
- Ensure each client is given the necessary service and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Answer multi line telephones and respond to office email inquiries.
- processing client’s credit cards payments
Ideal candidate should possess: knowledge of Microsoft word and excel, strong organizational skills; the ability to learn new software quickly; professional phone manner; the ability to work on and prioritize various projects at once. 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
