Busy Floral & Gift Shop Serving Mercer County is Growing!
We are looking to add a Floral Assistant for a part-time position, with the potential to transition into full-time over time.
Position Overview:
The Floral Assistant will work alongside our Floral Designer and support daily shop operations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with simple floral designs and greening
- Providing excellent customer service
- Answering phones and taking orders
- Helping with general shop tasks
- Making local deliveries (a valid NJ driver’s license is required)
We are willing to train motivated, committed, and quick-learning candidates who have an interest in the floral industry.
Requirements:
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Ability to follow direction and work well with a team
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak times, including holidays and weekends
Compensation:
Hourly wage is based on experience.
