We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at the Used Car Dealership in Toms River, NJ. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchase decisions, providing exceptional service, and helping them find the perfect car to suit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in exploring our inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles
- Provide information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate sales agreements and assist with paperwork
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus
