Are you motivated, organized, and ready to grow a new service division from the ground up? Apex, a family-run leader in property services since 1993, is expanding into gutter cleaning for HOAs, apartments, and commercial properties—and we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to lead the charge.
What You’ll Do:
Build and grow relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and facility managers.
Prospect and secure new gutter cleaning contracts across NJ, PA, and surrounding markets.
Represent Apex at CAI-NJ, NJAA, IREM, and BOMA events—networking with decision-makers.
Develop proposals, bids, and vendor list applications.
Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and top-quality service.
Track leads and pipeline activity in Pipedrive CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales or business development experience (property services background a plus).
A relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
Self-starter who thrives in both networking events and structured outreach.
Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing proposals and contracts.
Familiarity with HOAs, COAs, apartments, or facility/property management is highly desirable.
