Position: Carpenter (by the job not a w-2 position)
Responsibilities:
Framing new walls, floors, and structural components
Building, modifying, and removing load-bearing walls (must know proper support procedures)
Installing doors, trim, casing, and other finish carpentry
Reading plans and following project specifications
Working safely and efficiently on residential job sites
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry (rough & finish)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong attention to detail
Understanding of job-site safety practices
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with remodels and home additions
Ability to problem-solve onsite
General Contractor or specialty trade experience is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience
